My mission is to teach that wellness is accessible to everybody.
About
Rosey Fletcher
I meet you where you are.
Your priorities, your body, and your circumstances are the starting point. Together, we make room for practical care that fits your life—and can adapt as your needs change.
I bring over 20 years of experience in movement, nutrition, and mindfulness, along with an encouraging outlook and respect for your individual experience. You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan or constant motivation. We can begin with curiosity and one manageable next step.
Manifest, Move, Nourish, Transform gives language to how I work: recognizing what matters, participating in your care, noticing what sustains you, and learning from the choices you make. These are connected parts of everyday life, with room to return, reconsider, and begin again.
My role is to offer guidance, encouragement, and a space for honest reflection. Your choices remain yours. I respect your privacy and the trust you bring to our work together.
My Story
With the Alaskan wilderness as a playground, from a young age I was encouraged to move, play, create, and connect with the outdoors. Wild foraging, harvesting, and preparing the food we gathered, further deepened my connection to health and wellness.
As an Olympic athlete I was afforded the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in health and wellness. Through closely monitored fitness and nutritional guidance, I learned to connect and understand the language of my body. Recognizing the signs of what I need and what doesn’t work for me individually. I learned to listen- and began my personal journey of integrative wellness.
Jerome Street Bakery and rose + rose botanicals are part of the holistic wellness approach- mindfully and intentionally inviting whole and organic food into our body, while nurturing our skin and spirit with wild Alaskan plants and pure essential oils.
I wholeheartedly believe that wellness is a deeply individual journey. My approach includes a balance of fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. My goal is to create accessible wellness experiences and plans for anyone seeking to optimize their health and wellness. Learning to listen to the body and connecting with the inner guru.
